When Innovation meets Leadership

At Egon Zehnder, the Leadership Advisory, we are committed to working for a better world. Respond, a BMW Foundation program, is dedicated to grow start-ups in a sustainable way. Now we are coming together around our joint vision: to support the visionaries for tomorrow.

Throughout the history, humans
have extended the limits of what is possible.

How? By growing together and
creating partnerships.

What makes startups so exciting? It’s often the founders themselves. We sat down to learn more about our new program helping founders lead themselves, lead others, and lead change at their organization.

Through a degenerative economy, humanity has exceeded most of our planetary boundaries. It’s time to change how we do business. Our partners at RESPOND Accelerator support early-stage entrepreneurs to address the most systemic challenges of our time.

Leaders realizing their potential can have such an impact on the world that we live in and how to create #LeadershipForABetterWorld.

Our team journeys

This year, we are supporting the Cohort #4 startups on their path to success and working with them on leadership team development. All ten impact-driven startups took advantage of our team journeys, which were designed to maximize the team effectiveness of their respective founding teams.

What about 2024?

In the upcoming year of 2024, we are excited to announce our continued collaboration with Respond. Together, we will extend our support to the ten pioneering and visionary startups in Cohort #5.

The journey ahead promises to be one of collective empowerment, growth, and meaningful impact as we guide the startups on their transformative path.

Let's shape the future together!
